Our Goal from the Sales Team

OVAL International® has a team of regionally based sales professionals dedicated to regularly visiting our customer’s mill sites. These visits enable OVAL International® to be aware of the day to day operations of our customers, through first-hand knowledge, and establish clear lines of communication with mill personnel. Through these regular visits we check on current inventories, ensure equipment uptime is meeting expectations, and schedule any necessary field services. We believe that open and regular communication is key to maintaining a strong relationship. 

When it comes to pulp packaging, it is our goal that our customers enjoy the highest up times with safety first.

Location and Hours

OVAL International® has experienced support staff in offices strategically located across North America to better serve our customers. These offices are open 8 am to 5pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and cover from Pacific to Atlantic Time zones.

In case of emergency, we have personnel available after hours.
