Oval International’s products are designed primarily for the strapping, packaging, and unitizing of baled market pulp and with the supply of quality consumables used in accomplishing their purposes. The equipment is an evolution beginning with our introduction of equipment that revolutionized the pulp industry by automating the traditional hand tying processes for bale and unit lift tying. Some of the products offered include:
- Pulp bale wire tying using traditional hydraulic or all electric operating features using new technology to strap around a single bale – replupable paper strapping
- Pulp bale paper strapping machines that apply repulpable paper straps around a single bale of pulp
- Pulp bale unitizing machines that apply six to eight wires, known as units, to bales of pulp in preparation for shipment
